HR Coordinator (Dutch speaker) 1 year contract Part-time(28-32hrs weekly), Spain or Utrecht, Netherlands   A great opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator to support People and Culture Team in the Netherlands. In this role you will be the primary point of contact (virtually) for our employees and managers from that country.   As an HR Coordinator, you will  Triages and provides high touch customer service support to our employees/managers, responding to inquiries and requests sent to the HR Service Center.  Works closely with other HR colleagues such as Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS teams to research and solve issues  Responsible for maintaining full knowledge of all the company’s HR policies/programs, to effectively answer related questions  Responsible for onboarding of new hires/rehired employees, internal transfers, and other hiring processes. This includes system related data, providing support throughout the hiring process, and maintaining employee files  About you  High School diploma or equivalent  Prior experience working in a corporate business environment in HR (preferably service center)  Good command of English skills in a professional environment  Excellent communication skills in Dutch is a must Proficient in Microsoft applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook  Flexible and adaptable to ever changing landscape  Excellent communication skills  About us  We’re a market leader in travel management: We help people and companies travel smart and achieve more, and our clients include some of the world’s best-known and most innovative business and consumer brands.
