As HRBP you will be collaborating with managers to provide HR guidance, support and solutions that drive business results. You will work on operational personnel matters, fostering engagement, championing diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, talent development, leadership & people development and be responsible for labor union negotiations with a focus on production employees. You will support 20 managers. We have two manufacturing units, in one we produce softstarters, contactors, pilot devices and machine safety with the purpose to protect, control and connect. And in the scoop of low voltage systems, we are manufacturing low voltage switchgear and control equipment.

We are today three experienced HRBP working for Smart Power with a need to be four. This position is full-time, located at our Manufacturing Unit in Västerås. We want you who would like to focus on production employees and HR concerning production environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for implementing HR strategy and plans related to the organization.
  • Representing HR in two management teams within your Smart Power scope, establishing strong relationships with leaders by providing support and guidance in HR matters.
  • Driving and being a part of typical HR-related activities such as Annual Salary Review, People Review Session, driving people focused culture and implementing employee engagement activities, Performance Development Appraisal and Engagement Survey.
  • Creating and interpreting HR analytics data to understand key organizational dynamics, trends and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and carry out the relevant actions.
  • Pro-actively working with current and future talents in the business as well as driving Diversity & Inclusion in the organization.
  • Responsible for labor relations matters within area of responsibility.

Your background

  • We are looking for someone with an academic degree, 1-3 years of experience in a broad HR role and/or as a line manager.
  • You have experience in building long-term relationships with key stakeholders for example business managers, union representatives, or external partners.
  • As a person, you achieve results through curiosity, engagement and collaboration with others and have a genuine interest in the business and our customers. It is important that you have initiative, a coaching approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to inspire and build trust.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English.
