The essence of the role

Are you ready to help shape the future of Sinch's HR architecture? We are looking for a HR Architect focused on enhancing the HR technological frameworks and operational processes while serving as a trusted advisor to key partners. This role involves adopting a comprehensive view while defining, managing, and optimizing the HR IT landscape and creating value for Sinch.

As our HR Architect, you will:

  • Ensure HR architecture enables business value optimization and aligns with strategies and tactical perspectives.
  • Formulate execution plans to meet the target HR architecture, including value cases and return on investment, and ensure results align with objectives.
  • Provide a broad understanding of business interactions that goes beyond the technical aspects.
  • Serve as a bridge between IT vendors and the organization, clearly communicate requirements, assess external partner input, and function as a gatekeeper throughout the process.
  • Actively participate in forums, working groups, functional areas, and regional areas to maintain architectural alignment.
  • Act as technical and solution lead on HR, IT and business driven targets. Demonstrate a clear approach to solution methodology.

This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and functions under a hybrid model, reporting to the Head of HR IT.

You are someone who can take charge as the technical and solution lead on HR IT and business-driven initiatives, demonstrating a clear and effective approach to solution methodology. Your resilience and ability to navigate through challenges reflect your dedication to continuously refine the definition of a fit for purpose HR technology landscape.

To contribute to this role, we see that you have:

  • Strategic and tactical experience with HR technology and platforms, including planning for HR architecture in a complex environment.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in HRIS/HCM, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional understanding of business processes, issues, and technologies in domains outside of the HR space, e.g. Finance and Sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain how technology supports business objectives to non-technical leaders.
