We are now looking for an exceptionally driven and skilled growth marketing manager who can own and lead Greenely’s growth objectives to accelerate Greenely’s continued journey.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Find new ways to drive and scale customer acquisitions through detailed data analysis and strategic development, optimizing the acquisition funnel from awareness to action.

  • Work with customer retention and anti-churn initiatives fueled by data.

  • Lead A/B testing efforts, establish KPIs, and deliver reports that are comprehensible and actionable.

  • Champion the experimentation process to discover effective new avenues to attract high-value customers.

  • Collaborate with paid-social and paid-search firms to refine and implement strategies, creating a feedback loop for continuous improvement.

  • Identify key growth opportunities and potential performance blockers, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the dynamics of performance marketing.

  • Work with cross-functional teams on website optimization, including launching new webpages and executing conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments.

  • Continually optimize against KPIs such as ROAS, ROI, CAC, managing growth experiments from inception to execution, and leveraging marketing automation tools to scale growth tactics.

About You:

  • You have a passion for creating efficient processes, spreadsheets, and templates, with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple growth initiatives smoothly.

  • An analytical mindset that thrives on data, able to leverage tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, Google Ads Manager, and Google Analytics 4 to be able to take informed decisions and drive growth.

  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and a deep thinker about aspects such as oxford commas, ensuring clear and effective collaboration across teams.

  • Experience in conversion and optimization, preferably within a fast-paced startup environment, guiding the growth strategy across paid-search and paid-social channels to deliver impactful results.

  • Proven ability in performance marketing, including launching and managing paid social campaigns for B2C and B2B audiences, influencing ad creative, and optimizing landing pages to achieve the lowest cost per signup and purchase.

  • A knack for merging a growth hacking mindset with analytical prowess, and if you can create assets in Canva, that's a significant plus.

What you'll need to succeed :

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in growth marketing or a similar role, with a proven track record of driving key performance indicators.

  • Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in tech startups, with a fluency in the B2C business model and AARRR metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with PPC, SEO, content marketing, email marketing, and launching new growth experiments.

  • Strong communication and management skills for coordinating with outsourced talent and agencies.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like Zapier, CRM tools (e.g., Intercom, HubSpot CRM), and tag management tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager).
