Your mission The mission is to continue ensure market leading position in our Drilling core segments, Electrification, Automation and Digitalization, both in short- and long terms by having the strongest product portfolio in our industry. You will ensure an industry-best global R&D organization with a clear future vision. Develop mid- and long-term for product & platforms roadmaps for Underground Drilling segments in line with market priorities and ensure global product ownership and product development by agile and digitalized ways of working. Together with Global R&D Management you will plan and execute R&D tactical and strategic targets in line with Underground division business needs. Shorten time to market in New Product Development by applying agile ways of working and be active and responsive member in the global R&D Management team. In this role you will develop highly competent and motivated leaders and teams by continuous and responsible feedback, coaching and support. Your profile In this role you need to have proven experience from leading a global R&D organization and experience from leading through leaders.
