This includes the responsibility to create a global Alfa Laval template for our supply chain processes via the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O.

About the role

As a Global Process Manager within Project, your main task will be to identify and create best in class global project processes and implement these in our global ERP template. You will be part of a highly motivated team of Process Managers, working closely together with other Process Managers, Architects, Functional Leads and the Line organizations.

In this role you will:

• Develop, Document, and Implement processes to improve performance and establish a global process template within Alfa Laval.
• Govern implemented Standard Processes.
• Introduce new features and processes to live sites.
• Follow-up the implementation to ensure "fit for purpose" and validate that business objectives were met.
• Manage (evaluate, analyze, decide) change requests to the process or standard.

About you

To take on the role as Global Process Manager you need to have several years’ experience from working with Project or Engineering orders within a manufacturing or construction company. You need to understand how the Supply Chain processes relates to the execution of the Project order. You could have been working as a Project Manager or by being responsible for owning the Project Model from development to governance. You need to have a solid understanding of how an ERP system and its surrounding systems supports the Project Management processes and performance and improving such processes. It’s meritorious if you have experiences of working with Microsoft Dynamics 365F&O, AX2012 and Power BI.

As Global Process Manager, you will play a key part in our Project management methodologies across our global operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and excellence in project delivery. You need to speak a Scandinavian language plus English fluently, and you will report to the Manager of Global Process Management.
