Responsibilities: People and team management with active support for the operations management Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to deliver exceptional customer experience Recruitment, training, coaching, performance management and talent development Proposing improvement initiatives Focus on high customer satisfaction, service availability and quality through training and continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies Monitor KPls to review department's results to allow regular efficiency optimization Requirements: Willingness and flexibility to work on shifts (no night shifts). German language C1 level English language skills to a business standard Appropriate leadership and management skills Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level Calm manner and able to work under pressure Ability to perform well in a multi-task/cultural and ever-changing dynamic environment A flexible, creative and driven personality General computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet) Interest in Sports, Casino and Poker products would be a benefit, relevant training will be provided Benefits: Permanent working contract Annual Gross Salary: 28.000 € (split in 14 payments) Food Allowance: paid monthly: 6,83 € net per working day Health Insurance Birthday Day: 1 Extra leave day per year Annual Bonus up to 20% Home Office: 2 days in the office and 3 days from home in average per week Other Benefits for being Entain Employee: Access to LinkedIn Learning, Access to Employee Assistant Tool, fruit and coffee in the office, protocols with local partners Required language: German
