Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Gear Design Consultant to join our dynamic team.

What you will work on:

• Lead the design and development of gears, focusing primarily on planetary and angle gears.
• Utilize your expertise in gear calculation using KissSoft to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Apply your bearing knowledge, including contact mechanics, to design robust and reliable gear systems.
• Oversee the production techniques of gears and splines, contributing to the overall manufacturing process.
• Contribute to splines design, ensuring compatibility and functionality within gear systems.
• Leverage your knowledge of strength theory to develop durable and efficient gear designs.

What you bring:

• Extensive experience in gear design, particularly with planetary and angle gears.
• Proficiency in gear calculation using KissSoft software.
• Strong understanding of bearing knowledge, including contact mechanics.
• In-depth knowledge of production techniques for gears and splines.
