We welcome applicants who are passionate about gaming and eager to obtain invaluable first-hand experience in a gaming and entertainment startup.

We are currently on the lookout for a Game Designer Mid to High level of expertise, preferably on grand strategy games or similar products.

Ideally based in Stockholm, Sweden.

We also welcome interested candidates based in other parts of Sweden to apply - in that case, you will work with us on a remote basis. There will be potential for you to take up a full-time permanent role with us after successful completion of the 3 months probation period.

Highlights of the position:

• For a period of 1 month, you will support our Game Design Team function and will receive onboarding on game mechanics and existing features while performing tasks that will help you accommodate with the existing pace and expectations
• For the next 2 months you will perform complex tasks to prove your value added to the existing structure that by now you understand well enough to leverage in your day to day work.
• Ideally, you possess relevant skill sets and experience with game design or with the gaming industry. You need to have great passion about game design/gaming - we are happy to provide you with the space to learn if you have great passion. We believe motivation is the key to success.
• This program itself does not necessarily offer monetary compensation but it will be a golden ticket for you to become a full-time permanent member of a gaming rocket ship!

• This program is open to who are based in Stockholm, or Remote for Sweden based applicants

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree students in relevant disciplines or fresh graduates/recent graduates in relevant disciplines or proven experience
• Passionate in gaming and entertainment. You are ready to roll up your sleeves to work with a thriving startup
• Motivated self-starter, creative problem-solver and a good team player who is comfortable with multi-tasking under a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Chinese is a big plus
