About the team & role This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional with expertise in C and C++ to make a significant impact on our products' quality and customer satisfaction. As a member of our clients Product Improvement Team, you will play a key role in identifying, analyzing, and re-solving software-related quality issues and customer concerns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your embedded software competence to enhance product performance, reliabil-ity, and user experience. This role offers excellent growth potential, with opportunities for conversion to a full-time position based on performance and organizational needs.

• Investigate and address software-related quality issues reported by customers or identified through internal testing.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and quality assurance teams to analyze root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and implement software updates, patches, and enhancements to improve product func-tionality and stability.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the effectiveness and reliability of software changes.
• Document findings, resolutions, and improvement recommendations for future reference.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in embedded software development.

• We see that you have a relevant educational background and good practical knowledge of working in C and C++.
• You have great communication skills in english. Swedish is a plus.
