We are currently embarking on an ambitious journey with the goal of becoming the foremost player in our industry. As our Digital Content Manager and Copywriter you will have a pivotal role in this journey. You will lead Rebtel's tone of voice adoption across various touch points and channels, ensuring a consistent user experience in the App and on the Web. Your responsibilities would also include creating compelling copy and devising content strategies for user acquisition and brand awareness, such as CRM, SEO, SEM and Social. You will be part of an internal cross-functional marketing team and collaborate with colleagues across the organization to ensure a unified brand voice.  Responsibilities: Brand Voice: Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and evolve Rebtel´s tone of voice and messaging guidelines to ensure consistency across all communication channels and customer touch points.  Full Funnel Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences. Content Creation: Write compelling content for UX/UI, websites, paid advertising, and social media. Craft engaging copy from impactful headlines to persuasive CTAs and engaging landing pages. SEO Optimization: Optimize written content for search engines to improve online visibility and organic traffic to our website. Content Management: Ownership of the process and content management through a content management system. Market Research: Analyzing and contributing to Rebtel’s audience behavior and staying informed about industry trends and best practices to create relevant and timely content. Requirements: Native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English. Proven track record in setting and executing content strategies in customer-centric e-commerce environments. Proficiency in analyzing content performance, leveraging insights for iterative improvements, and a plus if there is an understanding of copy related to design principles Understanding of  SEO and PPC concepts, coupled with a grasp of performance marketing and the trends in the area. Experience working with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google ads suite, Semrush). Familiarity with content management systems (e.g, Storyblok, Wordpress, Hubspot) Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
