Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Cyber Security Operations Manager to join our dynamic team

What you will work on:

• Develop and drive Vulnerability Management and Security Operations Capabilities in alignment with the defined Cybersecurity, Risk & Compliance strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement the Cybersecurity Framework within the Digital organization and across the Bank.
• Lead initiatives to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities within the Bank’s system landscape, ensuring a proactive approach to cybersecurity.
• Oversee Security Operations to govern technologies and processes that define the implementation of the cybersecurity control framework.

What you bring:

• Leadership in developing, implementing, and managing vulnerability management strategies, including identifying, evaluating, and reporting on security vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining documentation on service descriptions, standards & procedures, and defining tactical roadmaps, visions, and goals in Vulnerability Management & Security Operations.
• Ability to determine security requirements for proper implementations in platforms, products, solutions, and components, effectively addressing current and emerging security challenges.
• Knowledge of the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape, with the ability to propose and drive improvements in security technologies and procedures.
• Experience in investigating vulnerabilities, threat intelligence, and security posture for monitoring and acting on cyber threats.
• Skill in implementing a security reporting framework on the status and effectiveness of security controls and requirements, incorporating KPIs and maturity measurements.
• Capability to conduct quality assurance to ensure compliance with defined cybersecurity control framework, standards, and regulations.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across strategic, tactical, and operational levels, aligning cybersecurity initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Ability to interface with operational teams, service providers, and external vendors to address security issues and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Experience in managing security aspects in hybrid environments, including on-premise, private & public cloud, and XaaS delivery models.
• Proficiency in security incident management and driving day-to-day operational security tasks and activities.
