YouTubers, Streamers, and TikTokers - content creators, watched by billions of people around the world have in a short period become the most important marketing channel for games. At Wehype, we provide the leading platform and ecosystem for games and creators to collaborate for creative and commercial growth. We are a global scaleup headquartered in Uppsala/Stockholm, expanding across North America and Asia. In the past couple of years, we have been one of Sweden's fastest-growing technology companies (mentioned on Deloitte's ‘Sweden Technology Fast 50’) and have since 2021 been profitable and growing with positive cash flows. As we gear up for the next chapter of growth, we seek our Chief Operating Officer - a seasoned leader with a strong commercial background from high-growth, founder-led tech companies. You will work directly with our CEO and Co-founder and be part of the management team. You will: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the company - Lead and develop the commercial organisation including overseeing our international expansion - Ensure the quality of quarterly and annual planning processes, including resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, setting targets, and communicating internally - Drive leadership development and be an active coach for middle management We Expect You To Have - A track record of leading high-performing, diverse teams across different high-growth companies with consistent success - Strong history of hiring, developing and retaining top talent - Extensive operations experience across sales, customer success and business development What We Hope You Are - A seasoned leader with a demonstrated history of scaling commercial operations for high-growth tech companies - A doer who gets things across the finish line on time, every time - Knowledgable within GTM strategies for product/platform-led companies - An interest in games and/or the creator economy Why Wehype?
