Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior CAE Software Engineer to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Maintenance and management of Design applications and environments, primarily on Linux platforms, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility for end-users.
• Overseeing HPC (High-Performance Computing) operations, including support, maintenance, upgrades, and capacity planning for the Design and Visualization area.
• Participating in projects involving software development, integration, implementation, and ongoing support to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

What You Bring:

• Master of Science (M.Sc.) or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) systems in the automotive industry, particularly in governance and support of visualization applications.
• Proficiency in applications commonly used for visualizations, such as Maya, V-ray, and Nuke.
• Familiarity with batch queue systems like LSF is advantageous.
• Competence in both Linux and Windows environments, with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot effectively.
• Strong scripting skills, particularly in Python, for automation and data stream development.
• Structured approach to work and excellent documentation skills to ensure clarity and accuracy in processes and procedures.
• Self-driven and adaptable, capable of working independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to engage with end-users and vendors effectively.
