Sebratec's Partner has an exciting assignment possibility for an Automation Engineer to join our team. As part of the engineering team, you will play a crucial role in commissioning and ramping up factory automation and production systems. Working closely with Process, Maintenance, Production, and Software Engineering Teams, you will be responsible for higher-level systems such as MES, ERP, and PLM. The production environment places high demands on cleanliness, uptime, quality, production efficiency, and traceability, requiring a combination of proven technologies and innovative solutions from the best providers globally.

In this role, you should have extensive experience in driving large, innovative, and challenging automation projects with a focus on accuracy and scale. Your deep understanding and hands-on experience in integrating diverse and complex equipment into higher automation layers will be critical. You will collaborate with Plant Design and Manufacturing Engineering teams, translating inputs into specifications, and orchestrating execution with external suppliers and internal developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and implement the automation system in the factory.
• Commission new equipment and participate in fault-finding procedures.
• Collaborate with the Industrial Automation System Design team to test and verify upgrades and applications.
• Contribute to the team enabling our operations to run the most advanced and efficient production factory.
• Review Engineering Design Documentation, including Requirement specifications, Functional design, Logic diagrams, Test Cases, and Test Records.
• Implement, test, and commission systems in MES, ERP, PLM, and other related technologies.
