We’re looking for an experienced Atlassian admin who’s also excited to work with app development, automation, and data analysis and visualisation. You will support users in their daily work on the platform and turn insights into actions as we continuously develop the platform to enable our users get the most out of it. Seamlessly switching between roles such as the patient support agent, the analytical problem solver and the creative product developer – always with the user in focus – is one of your key strengths and sources of inspiration.

You will be a part of an exciting, fast-paced environment at H&M where you will have the opportunity to develop your engineering and product development skills. Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Guiding users to realise the full potential of the platform and helping them resolve impediments

• Continuously monitor and evaluate the usage of the platform and identifying areas for improvement

• Staying updated with the latest Atlassian products, features, and practices
• 
  
• Developing new apps, automations and visualisations that minimize manual work, create transparency and aid data driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Proficiency in usage and administration in one or several of the Atlassian cloud products, such as:

Jira Software

Confluence

Jira Align

Jira Work Management

Jira Product Discovery

Atlassian Access

Atlassian Analytics

• Agile ways of working as well as SDLC and ITSM
• Team player with a passion for collaboration, and the ability to work independently when needed
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the will to exceed our user’s expectations
