For this position we seek an individual with an educational background from Sales, Marketing or Retail related studies. You have already few years’ experience from role within the field of Sales, Retail or Account Management and strong customer orientation. Also, you have excellent collaboration, communication as well as negotiation skills and you are able to work in an international environment.

The duration of the fixed term employment is about one year.

As an Account Manager you will be overall responsible for:

o Manage the assigned portfolio

o Delivering customer’s visit fully documented in CRM

o Deliver the Net Turnover and any other sales targets

o Improve merchant’s knowledge and expertise with our services

o Maximize TFS business (Issue Ratio and Refund Ratio management)

o Document in CRM all merchant’s specific information and activity done

o Diligent implementation of group strategies and sales tools

o Control the receivable to minimise bad debts exposure

o Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action

o Action plans and store visits in line to Global Blues Strategy

o Administrative tasks, e.g. incoming phone calls and info email

To succeed in this role, you have:

o At least 1 - 2 years’ previous experience from Sales or Account Management

o Educational background from Sales, Marketing or Retail related studies

o Previous work experience or knowledge from Retail

o Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion, and determination to reach sales targets

o Excellent communication skills

o Problem solving attitude

o Negotiation skills

o Good knowledge of MS Office products and CRM

o Fluent written and spoken Swedish and English
