Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Software Test Developer to join our team, working at the intersection of embedded systems, cloud platforms, and test automation. In this role, you will be testing a cloud-based platform composed of multiple microservices and applications, designed to enable secure over-the-wire and over-the-air (OTA) software updates and parameterization of ECUs.
You will work hands-on in a Test Rig environment, simulating real-world conditions and validating system behavior through CAN signal mocking using tools like CANoe or CANalyzer.
Job Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and execute test cases for embedded systems in a test rig setup.
• Simulate and mock CAN signals using CANoe/CANalyzer to validate ECU communication.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and/or C#.
• Test and validate a cloud-native platform with microservices architecture.
• Integrate test solutions into CI/CD pipelines hosted in AWS.
• Collaborate with developers, system engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Analyze test results, identify issues, and support root cause analysis and debugging.

To succeed in this role, you bring:
• Experience in software and hardware testing in a Test Rig environment.
• Proficiency with CANoe or CANalyzer for CAN signal simulation and analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in AWS.
• Understanding of cloud platforms, microservices, and secure OTA/OTW update mechanisms.
• Familiarity with embedded systems and automotive communication protocols (especially CAN).
