Sales Backoffice Assistant (m/f)

TB Lubricants (est. 1934) is a Finnish lubricant company with a state-of-the-art blending plant located in Hamina, Finland. We produce and sell lubricants under our own well-known brand, Teboil, also manufacturing high-quality lubricants under private labels for our customers throughout Europe.

For our Nordic team in Sweden, we are looking for a motivated and committed:

Sales Backoffice Assistant (m/f)

In this role you will:

• Assist the Swedish Sales Team in daily business topics
• Support with order taking, processing all sorts of customer inquiries from order to delivery
• Take full ownership of customer related topics, clearly communicate to the sales representative and/or other departments to make sure following them through to resolution and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams across Europe to solve issues related to payments, pricing, or deliveries
• Take initiative to coordinate and streamline procedures based on standard workflows and policies
• Support the sales team with office administration related tasks and contract management, and assist the marketing department as needed

You are the right candidate if you have:

• A completed higher school education or completed university education (BSc) with economic background
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the Customer Service area and/or Sales Back Office
• Very good English and Swedish language skills - spoken and written (level C1), Nordic languages is advantageous
• Understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Solid MS Office skills (Word / Excel / Outlook / PowerPoint)
• MS Dynamics NAV knowledge beneficial
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented personality
• The ability to organize yourself and set priorities according to business needs
• Team spirit and an efficient and structured working style
